I have some really exciting news to share! I have just published my first online cooking class, How to make Arancini, on Skillshare. If you are not familiar with it, Skillshare is an online learning community of almost 2 million students with video classes taught by creatives covering all sorts of topics, from computer skills, to making crafts to culinary classes like mine.
Arancini are a traditional Sicilian street food, but these stuffed fried Risotto balls are also a great appetizer that anyone can make at home. They are extremely versatile, being appropriate for both casual gatherings and sit down dinners. This class will teach you everything you will need to know to make Arancini at home, including making Risotto. Both Arancini recipes I demonstrate in the class are available here on my site, but if you are a visual person who would like to see step by step instructions and commentary, the class might just be for you!
You need to have a Skillshare premium membership to watch, which is normally $12/month, but I have a special offer for you. If you join Skillshare using this link you can get 3 months for only $0.99. This is a really good way to check out the many great classes Skillshare has to offer, including mine! I do get commission for every person who signs up for a premium membership so thank you for your support!
